Gina's Story

Starting in March 2020, an unexpected family medical crisis nearly hijacked my life. In order to understand the pain our family was enduring, I dove into the study of trauma. I was struggling to believe we could be happy and healthy after years of prolonged, persistent medical crisis had shaken our certainty and faith. I wondered, too, how, we could collectively heal from a global pandemic. There wasn’t going to be a “getting back to normal” for anyone on the planet!

With the goal of healing in mind, I tapped into every trauma informed resource and person I could find. I listened to podcasts, took courses, read books and became familiar with embodied practices focusing on meditation, movement and breath. I became fascinated with neuropsychology and brain centered therapies. In time, I found I was able to handle stress and crisis in new and more sustainable ways. I began to see that what I was learning and applying personally was desperately needed corporately.

I became a life coach, speaker and trainer with a passion to see all people empowered with knowledge and practices that support and sustain healthy ways to think and be in these tumultuous times. Transformative post traumatic growth is imperative individually and collectively at all levels of our society. I am excited and privileged to teach and share what can be possible if we heal together.
